Founder of
Washington Capital Partners
Mr.
McCoy is founder of Washington Capital Partners, a Washington-based venture
capital firm focused on the defense industry ,and Managing Partner of New
Road Capital Partners, a fund which will focus on homeland defense
technology companies.
Prior to forming
Washington Capital Partners, Mr. McCoy served as Senior Vice President for
Government Relations at Thiokol, now Alliant Techsystems Inc. (NYSE: ATK).
From 1981 to 1989, Ty held several Presidential-appointed positions within
the government, culminating in his role as Secretary of the Air Force in
1988.
Nabil Lawandy, Ph.D., Chief Executive Officer, Spectra Systems Corporation
Dr. Lawandy currently serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology
Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Solaris Nanosciences
Corporation and Spectra Systems Corporation. Dr. Lawandy was previously a
tenured full professor of Engineering and Physics at Brown University. Dr.
Lawandy has authored over 170 reviewed scientific papers and is an inventor
of over 40 issued patents. Dr. Lawandy has also received a Presidential
Young Inventor award, an Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship, a Rolex Award for

K. Onody, Former Chief Executive Officer, Lifeline Therapeutics, Inc.
Mr. Onody is the former Chief Executive Officer of Lifeline Therapeutics, Inc., a
publicly traded bioscience technology company engaged in the manufacture and
distribution of dietary supplements. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer
of Colorado MedTech, Inc., a Denver-based publicly traded healthcare company
focused on manufacturing outsourcing and disposable MRI products that was
awarded Denver Post Top-100 Performing Public Companies four consecutive
years under his stewardship.
Richard M. Segel, Former President and Chief Executive Officer, Pamarco
Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Segel is the former President and CEO of Pamarco Technologies, Inc., a
major printing equipment company based in Roselle, NJ, with over $100
million in sales. Prior to Pamarco, Mr. Segel was the President and CEO of
Dunmore Corporation, a privately held plastic films converter and a senior
executive at Bell and Howell. Mr. Segel has served on boards of directors of
two trade associations (NPES and AIMCAL).

Yurman, Atlantic Fertilizer and Chemical Corp.
Mr.
Yurman serves as President and CEO of Atlantic Fertilizer and Chemical Corp.
Until September 11th, 2001, Atlantic was one of the leading providers of
Phosphate fertilizer to India, China, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Prior
thereto, Mr. Yurman was President of Phosphate Rock, which was acquired in a leveraged buyout from W.R. Grace
and Company by Mr. Yurman and colleagues and subsequently sold to Tosco
Corp. Previously, Mr. Yurman served as Vice President of Business Development
at Amax Chemical and President at Superfos America Inc., a wholly-owned
fertilizer trading unit of Superfos A/S.
Christopher C.
Hansen, Former Chief Executive Officer of Rila Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Hansen is
the former CEO of Rila Solutions, Inc., an information technology consulting
firm founded by George Soros with offices in the United States, Europe and
Eastern Europe. Prior to Rila, Mr. Hansen was the founder and CEO of PC411,
Inc., the first online, nationwide address and telephone directory. Mr.
Hansen began his career on Wall Street at L.F. Rothschild, an investment
bank, and subsequently at Brooke Group, a private equity firm.
