B. Andrew H. Spence
Mr. Spence is a Managing Director and founder of Agincourt Capital Partners LLC. Prior to founding Agincourt Capital Partners, Mr. Spence co-founded Tri-Artisan Partners, a New York-based merchant bank; before that, he served as Head of the Industrial Manufacturing & Technologies Group for North America in the Investment Banking Divisions of ABN AMRO and ING Barings; formerly he was involved in the highly successful management buyout of Furman Selz from Xerox Corporation. Mr. Spence also served in the M&A departments of Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley in New York. During the course of his career, he has completed over $10 billion in transactions.
Mr. Spence currently serves on the Boards of Cascade Medical Enterprises, El Capitan Enterprises, Wallboard Supply Company, Betatronix, LLC, and Color Resources, LLC. Mr. Spence received his Bachelors of Arts degree with Highest Honors in Economics and English Literature from Bucknell University, and his Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jon A. Gordon
Mr. Gordon is a Managing Director of Agincourt Capital Partners. He is also the co-founder of Palladian Capital Partners LLC. Prior to co-founding Palladian Capital, Mr. Gordon was a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups at Lehman Brothers. He has executed transactions in the industrial, food retail, business services, consumer products and health care industry segments with total value in excess of $2 billion.
Mr. Gordon was previously a Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Credit Suisse First Boston where he spearheaded execution for clients in the industrial, consumer products, business services, and retail and education industries. He also provided mergers and acquisitions coverage for a number of large and middle market financial sponsors, executing over $4 billion in M&A transactions.
Mr. Gordon is a graduate of Harvard College where he received an A.B. magna cum laude and has an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School.
Carl D. Glaeser
Mr. Glaeser is a Managing Director of Agincourt Capital Partners. He is a proven senior operating executive whose focus has been in the business services, information technology, telecom, hardware, software and consumer packaged goods industries. In the past 10 years Mr. Glaeser has been the principal in over 20 service industry, software and other technology transactions.
Prior to Agincourt Capital Partners, Mr. Glaeser helped co-found Palladian Capital Partners. Prior to that he held various senior management positions, including five years as the President and CEO of Bowne Global Solutions, six years as Vice President and General Manager of Lucent Technologies’ AG Communication Systems division.
Mr. Glaeser began his career in the consumer packaged goods industry, having held positions including Director, National Accounts at Keebler Company, Director of Planning at Cadbury Schweppes, Division Sales Manager at H.J. Heinz, and Division Manager at Snyder’s of Hanover.
Mr. Glaeser graduated with a B.S., in Economics and Political Science from Juniata College. He also serves on the Board of Trustees entrepreneurial studies committee at Juniata College.
